Monaco could look to beat Chelsea to the signing of Zenit Saint Petersburg forward Hulk
The 27-year-old has long been linked with a move to the Premier League ever since making a name for himself at Porto, though he has previously snubbed advances of the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur by joining Zenit in 2013.
However, the Brazilian is seemingly keen to try a new challenge, with rumours emerging that Chelsea are back in for him and looking to snap him up in the summer, though Monaco now look like providing the main competition for his signature.
The mega-rich Ligue 1 club brought in big names such as Radamel Falcao, Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez last summer, and are ready to make further high-profile signings this summer as they look to close the gap on French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Hulk would certainly fit in well alongside those players, having contributed an impressive 12 goals and 10 assists in all competitions so far this season. (SportsDirectNews)
