Chelsea set to do summer Spanish deal for £40 million man

Barcelona are confident they will be able to sign players this summer, and are still keen to bring sign David Luiz from Barcelona.

The Catalan giants have Vice President Manel Arroyo working on an appeal to the year-long ban imposed by FIFA for breaching rules on the transfer of under-18 players.

And the Daily Mirror website claim the Camp Nou directors are now so convinced of at least a temporary reprieve that they are actively negotiating for players once again.

And that has put them back on the radar of Luiz, who is seemingly not fancied by Jose Mourinho and will be sold this summer.
