There has been some reports which have claimed Chelsea are weighing up a swap move for Porto striker Jackson Martinez, with either Fernando Torres or Demba Ba heading to Portugal.
Martinez has been talked about as one of the most deadliest strikers in the game after netting an impressive 27 goals in 46 games this season.
And his ability to find the back of the net has caught the eye of blues boss Jose Mourinho, who is looking to add a big names striker to his squad this summer.
And with the 27-year-old looking for a challenge in a top league, the SportsDirectNews website claim Mourinho is ready to offer a player-plus cash deal.
It is widely expected that Torres and Ba will leave the club, so Mourinho knows Porto may be interested if the right amount of money is offered.
