Dutchman in talks to get Man United deal done and dusted

Fresh reports have claimed Dutch boss Louis van Gaal is ready to succeed David Moyes as Manchester United boss.

Moyes was sacked on Tuesday after less than a year in charge, because United finally lost patience with him and decided to cut their losses.

Legendary star Ryan Giggs has been put in temporary charge, but the Daily Mirror website claim United have already sounded out Holland boss Van Gaal, who is expected to meet with the club’s hierarchy this week.

Van Gaal is currently at his villa in Portugal’s Algarve and is expecting a meeting there with a delegation from the Old Trafford giants to discuss the prospect of taking over from Moyes.
