Manchester United star Andreas Pereira says he hopes to earn a first-team spot under Louis van Gaal.
The 19-year-old was handed a new contract towards the end of last season and scored his first goal for the club with an exquisite free-kick against Ipswich in September.
And the 19-year-old says his long-term future is at Old Trafford.
‘My goal is to stay here, to try and win my place at United,’ Pereira told Trivela.
‘But if I happen to have the option to go out on loan and do what Januzaj is doing and gain experience in another team, no problem, I will.
‘I’m working hard, giving my best. I’m waiting for the right moment. I have to be patient.’
