Chelsea transfer target Dani Alves will not be joining Paris Saint-Germain, confirmed their boss Laurent Blanc.
The Barcelona right-back called a press conference last week where he claimed the Catalan club had ‘disrespected’ him, fueling speculation he was on his way to Stamford Bridge
However, there had been talk that PSG were to win the race, as they had already agreed terms.
But Blanc dismissed rumours over a potential summer move.
He told BeIN Sports: ‘Daniel Alves will not come to PSG. I do not think so anyway.’
The French manager did, though, admit it was likely that the Brazilian would be playing his football at the Nou Camp next season.
He said: ‘He is out of contract but his intention is to extend with Barca.
‘It is a game he is playing with his club, he’s awaiting their proposal.’
