There has been some reports which have revealed Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is ready to leave the club for a new challenge, putting Arsenal on full alert.
The German international has been at the club for his entire career so far, making nearly 500 appearances for their first-team, but may now be one of several high-profile exits from the Allianz Arena this summer
It has been rumoured a number of top class players will leave the club as boss Pep Guardiola looks to put his own stamp on the side.
And Schweinsteiger has opened the door to the Premier League.
As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website, a source close to the player revealed:”Bastian has won everything he can in his 16 years with the club and, at 29, he feels like he wants a change of scenery,”
“Bastian feels the need to move on and try a new challenge.”
