Italian giants looking to see impressive World Cup star this summer as Arsenal target to shine at Emirates

Arsenal have again been linked with a summer move for Napoli star Eduardo Vargas.

The 24-year-old has been a key part of the Chile’s success at Brazil 2014, and scored their first goal as they knocked out holders Spain to secure a place in the knockout stages.

However, Napoli coach Rafa Benitez is still not interested in keeping the forward and the Italians will sell for as little as £9million.

And that has put the Gunners on alert, as Arsene Wenger is an admirer of the mans ability.

Now the Daily Star website have claimed he would shine in the Premier League if the Gunners decide to make a move and tempt him to London.

  1. Yes. Vargas is welcome to Emirates but not at the expense of Loic Remy. But Wenger knows better than me.
