Roma have told interested clubs that Serbian midfielder Adem Ljajic will cost £18m this summer.
The 22-year-old has been an integral part of the side this summer, but Roma boss Rudi Garcia is said to be unimpressed and is keen to listen to offers.
Ljajic only joined Roma for £11m last summer but the controversial attacker’s attitude has been questioned since his arrival.
Ljajic is most famous for an altercation that saw Delio Rossi fired as Coach of Fiorentina after attacking the player in the dugout following a substitution.
However, Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers feels he can control the temper of the young man and is planning to try and tempt the Italian giants into selling on the cheap, according to the SportsDirectNews website.
Rodgers knows he must add some move quality to the squad as they look to push on from this season.
