Liverpool ‘are on cusp’ of class summer signing as Italian confrims five-year deal has been agreed

Reports have claimed Liverpool are on the cusp of signing Loic Remy after the striker accepted a five-year contract, according to the Metro.

Remy was given permission to talk to Liverpool on Friday, despite being heavily tipped to make a move to Arsenal.

And now Sky Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio says Remy has agreed terms on a five-year deal, with the player set to earn around £80,000-a-week on Merseyside.
