Reports have claimed Inter Milan are the latest club to show an interest in out-of-favour Roma winger and Liverpool target Adem Ljajic.
The Serbian international only moved to the Stadio Olimpico last summer after impressing at previous club Fiorentina, though he has not managed to find his best form at his new club this term, contributing just five goals and three assists.
Although the 22-year-old has long been regarded as one of the most promising young players in Serie A and perhaps Europe, he has found himself in and out of Roma’s team this season, and may now be allowed to leave in the summer.
This has seen Ljajic attract interest from the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke, but he could remain in Italy as Inter also join the chase for his signature.
The San Siro outfit are looking to make a number of changes to their squad this summer under new owner Erick Thohir, and feel Ljajic’s talent is still worth taking a gamble on. (SportsDirectNews)
It will be interesting to see where he ends up
