Liverpool to do Premier League business as Italian wanted

According to the Daily Mirror, Sunderland are preparing to offer £10million for Liverpool striker Fabio Borini.

The Italian spent last season on loan at the Stadium of Light and played a key role in the Black Cats survival push, scoring seven times.

And the Black Cats are keen to bring in the striker as he has no future at Liverpool, as boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to get rid.

Now Sunderland are ready to test their resolve, with the deal understood to break down as £8million with £2million in add-ons.
