Liverpool to make late £10 million move for Bundelsiga target

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is eyeing a £10million move for Hakan Calhanoglu, to stop the Hamburg midfielder moving to Bayer Leverkusen, according to the Daily Mirror website.

Calhanoglu was a shining light in whats was a dull season for the German side, as he netted 11 goals in 32 games.

Rodgers has watched the 20-year-old in action during the season, and will try to swoop in with a last bid to bring him to England.

However, he will have to move quickly after Leverkusen declared publicly that Calhanoglu only wants to move to the BayArena.
