Liverpool’s target opens door to summer move

Reports have come out and claimed Liverpool target Guillermo Ochoa has admitted he is willing to listen to offers from England and Italy, according to the TalkSport website.

Liverpool are in the market to add a decent back-up to Simon Mignolet, who is definitely the clubs number one.

And despite earlier claims he wanted to stay in France, the 28-year-old has altered his stance and has hinted he would be open to a move to Brendan Rodgers’ title-chasing side.

He said: “I am evaluating several offers from different countries. I have been in France for three years and I like the way in which this league has evolved, but I would also want to try elsewhere.

“At the moment I have no agreements with any team and I am willing to listen to all the proposals to make the best decision possible.

“My agent is dealing with everything and I do not exclude a future in Italy or England.”
