Manchester City target Aymeric Laporte intends to keep working hard for his club as the big circle for his signature.
The young Atletico Bilbao defender has attracted the attention of the likes of Bayern Munich and Barcelona as well as City as the summer transfer window approaches.
However, suitors will have to meet a €36 million (£29.5 million) release fee to open talks with the player.
Laporte told RTL: “Obviously it makes you proud interest from big clubs like that. I must continue my momentum, trying to win every game, working hard and then what will be.”
City are looking to make an addition to their central defensive options with Joleon Lescott looking set for a summer exit as his contract expires in June.
The performances of Laporte have not gone unnoticed in a hugely impressive campaign for Bilbao attracting the likes of Barcelona and Munich. (SportsDirectNews)
