Man United get boost as Spanish targets agent opens door to move

There has been some reports which will give Manchester United a boost in the chase for Alvaro Arbeloa, as his agent has admitted his client has not been in contact with Italian club Napoli

The Spanish defender has been linked with a summer move away from Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in recent weeks with both Napoli and United showing interest as they both look to improve an area that is somewhat dodgy for them.

Real Boss Carlo Ancelotti has preferred youngster Daniel Carvajal, whilst the former Liverpool man has struggled with niggling injuries and that led to widespread speculation that he would be sold if the pice is right.

However, despite talks he is on his way to Italy, Arbeloa’s agent has dismissed any such links.

As quoted on the SportsDirectNews website Manuel Garcia Quilon said: “Napoli have never tried to contact Alvaro Arbeloa. He plays for Real Madrid
