Fresh reports have claimed Manchester United could start their rebuilding project with a move for FC Dnipro star Yevhen Konoplyanka.
It is widely expected that the skilful young Ukrainian winger is on the move this summer, as he looks for a step up in quality.
Liverpool were believed to be on the brink of a deal for the winger in January, but couldn’t agree terms with the club’s chairman and they are expected to head back in this summer.
And now the TalkSport website have claimed United have joined in the chase, as they look to add some fresh quality on the wings.
A Dnipro club source has told the Ukrainian media that an enticing offer from Old Trafford, believed to be around £12million, might be enough to lure their star man away from the Dnipro-Arena.
“Officially, there’s a specific amount for which we don’t have the right to not release Konoplyanka.
“If Man United offer favourable conditions and agree terms with Konoplyanka, then no one can do anything.”
