Manchester United could look to sign Roma youngster Dodo as a replacement for Patrice Evra
The 22-year-old has shown plenty of promise in his career at the Stadio Olimpico so far, though he has not always managed to establish himself as a regular in the starting lineup.
Still, with United keen to bring in a long-term replacement for Evra at the back, as the Frenchman seems likely to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, Dodo is the latest target alongside the likes of Southampton’s Luke Shaw and Monaco’s Layvin Kurzawa to be linked with the Premier League champions.
Tottenham Hotspur were also linked with the Brazilian back in January, though a move to White Hart Lane never materialised, and speculation could continue over his future as the summer transfer window approaches.
Dodo could be cheaper than the likes of Shaw and Kurzawa, though it is widely expected that manager David Moyes will be given plenty to spend in order to revamp his struggling squad. (SportsDirectNews)
