Mourinho contacts one of games best and admits ‘he’s wanted at Chelsea’

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has made up his mind and will give young Belgian stopper Thibaut Courtois his chance to be the club’s No.1, according to the Fichajes.net website.

Courtois has been on-loan at Atletico Madrid for three seasons but has emerged as one of the best young ‘keepers in the world having helped them to La Liga glory and very nearly the Champions League crown last term.

And the Belgian is now at a crossroads in his career as his contract is up in just two years so Chelsea need to make a decision to either sell him or make him their first choice goalkeeper.

And according to reports, Mourinho made up his mind in the aftermath of Chelsea’s Champions League semi-final defeat to Atleti in which Courtois impressed against his parent club
