Mourinho keen to bag himself World class South American as Chelsea boss looks to splash cash

Chelsea could reignite their interest in Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain, according to reports on the SportsDirectNews website.

The Argentine international, 26, was widely expected to move to the Premier League from Real Madrid, before Napoli eventually beat Arsenal to his signature in the summer window.

However, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is still looking to add a world-class striker to his squad and is keen to land the South American.

Higuain has found his best form in Italy this season, scoring 21 goals and laying on 10 assists for his team-mates in all competitions.

Mourinho is believed to be keen on working with him again at Stamford Bridge.
