Moyes to make Man United move for in-demand Evra replacement

Manchester United boss David Moyes will reportedly make a last-ditch attempt to sign in-demand left-back Filipe Luis from Atletico Madrid in the summer, according to the SportsDirectNews website.

The under fire Man United boss has been chasing a replacement for Patrice Evra ever since he replaced Alex Ferguson as boss, as the Frenchman looks set to leave the club at the end of the season.

And while he is keen on Saints Luke Shaw he knows the young man would prefer a move to his boyhood club Chelsea, so will go for the much talked about Luis.

Luis has been in superb form for Atletico, prompting a flurry of interest from clubs around Europe, and Moyes is ready to beat off the competition and bring him to England.
