Arsenal target and PSG star Edinson Cavani has declared his love for the Premier League.
The Uruguay star is reportedly unsettled at current club PSG and there have been rumblings of discontent at having to play in the shadow of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Cavani’s current deal still has four years to run and, although he admitted his love for England’s top flight as well as the Bundesliga, he claimed trust is pivotal factor for him at any club.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “Premier League or the Bundesliga? I love both.
“But I’m not the type to change leagues constantly. Germany, Spain, Italy and England are the best leagues. But Ligue 1 is also progressing.
“A change of club does not depend on the will of the player, there must be different movements between clubs. I have four years of contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
“Football is a sport where trust is everything. When a club wants you, he calls you, he wants you to integrate a project, he tries to get involved.
“In those moments, you feel confident. I’m not worried about what we can say about my work. Palermo, Naples and PSG gave me confidence.”
