There has been some reports which have claimed Arsenal have stepped up their chase for Swansea striker Wilfried Bony.
Bony has plundered 20 goals in 43 appearances in all competitions for the Swans since joining the Welsh outfit from Dutch club Vitesse Arnhem last summer.
And last month he gave Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger an up-close demonstration of his ability when he opened the scoring in Swansea’s 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium.
His physical presence and impressive goal ratio in a struggling team has prompted Wenger to step up his chase, according to the SportsDirectNews website.
He is determined to bolster his strikeforce when the summer transfer window opens.
