Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has come out and revealed that on-loan Kim Kallstrom’s will NOT be made permanent signing in the summer.
The injury-prone Swedish international joined the Gunners from Russian club Spartak Moscow on a six-month loan deal on deadline day in January, in a move that has many fans wondering why he made that deal.
The midfielder has only made a four appearances for Arsenal, one of which came in the FA Cup semi-final penalty shoot-out victory over Wigan Athletic.
However, despite the wingers desire to earn a long-term deal, Wenger has confirmed that he will not be at the Emirates next season.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “Kallstrom belongs to Moscow and will go back to Moscow.”
