Wenger to bag himself a Spaniard as giants put Arsenal target on the summer market

Reports have claimed Barcelona attacker Bojan Kirkic is likely to be casualties of Luis Enrique’s summer clear-out at the Nou Camp, opening the door for Arsenal to get a deal done, according to the TalkSport website.

With the retirement of long-serving centre-back Carles Puyol and the likely departures of Xavi and Victor Valdes, the new Barca boss is planning for the future and has deemed Bojan surplus to requirements in Spain.

Bojan, who became the youngest player to appear for the club in La Liga at the age of 17 in 2007, has struggled to fulfil the potential that was once promised of him and his career is currently in limbo.

And with the Gunners looking to add this summer, they could make a move as Bojan will be on the market for a cut-priced fee.
