Arsenal will look to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer after Lukasz Fabianski told Arsene Wenger he will quit the club
Fabianski, who is wanted by a host of European clubs including Schalke, has shown his ability with some impressive performances in Arsenal’s last two matches against Everton and Bayern Munich.
It led to the club offering him a new contract this week, despite Wenger previously admitting that he was resigned to losing the player because of a lack of match action.
However, despite including a pay rise to about £50,000-a-week, Fabianski rejected the new deal and told Wenger he plans to depart regardless. (Metro)
Although he has been decent for the club, many will not be disappointed at the news
