Wham, Bam thank you Wenger as first Arsenal deal is signed, sealed and delivered

Reports have revealed Arsenal have made their first signing of the summer transfer window, as they have agreed a deal to sign Greek youngster Elias Chatzitheodoridis, according to the Metro

The teenager, who plays as a left-back, first came to the attention of Arsene Wenger after he began training part-time at the Gunners’ academy in Greece, whilst also representing his local club side Mas Kallitheakos.

He was then invited to travel to North London for a trial to show what he could do in person.

And it seems that Wenger was suitably impressed by the youngster’s potential against big name youth sides like Real Madrid and handed him a contract, reported by Greek website On Volos to be a two-year deal.

  1. Yes yam bam thank you Mr Wenger! this signing is what every anxious Gooner has been waiting for and expecting..

You’re certainly living up to your reputation….

  2. What, another kid to replace Sagna and you call it first signing to be thankful for? Outrageous. Wenger is faffing about in Brazil instead of buying proper players we Need. Look at Mourinho, he is signing players left right and Wenger is happy to pontificate on TV which will be of no use come next season.
